    Pina Colada

    Instructions

    Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour over ice into a highball glass.

    Ingredients

    2 parts Golden rum
    1 teaspoon Cream of coconut
    dash of Cream
    3 parts Pineapple juice
    1 Orange slice

    loco-Cocomotion

    Ingredients
    4 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
    2 ounces of lime juice
    1 ½ ounces of dark rum
    1 ½ cups of ice

    Instructions

    Mix in blender until smooth

    Coconut Daiquiri

    Ingredients

    1 ½ ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
    1 ½ ounces of rum
    ½ ounce lime juice
    1 cup ice

    Instructions
    Mix in blender until smooth

    Mimosa Lopez

    Ingredients

    2 ounces Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
    3 Ounces Champagne

    Instructions
    Mix until smooth. Serve over ice.

    What does this actually mean to you !!!

    Well there is no need to panic, quite simply so long as you offering  the 25 or 35ml measures of spirits you just fine, if however you only sell in volume of 50ml, then you do need to offer either a 25 or 35ml.

    If your establishement only sells in 35ml measures then your ok too,  as your offer a smaller measure than a 50ml.

    Wine has to be offered in 125ml as well as 175ml and 250,ml servings.

    Along with half pints instead of just pints ( should be intresting how Wetherspoons will do their new 1/2 pint and & a meal deals :) )

    More info and accurate info will be posted once we have a copy of the new law, which should be with us real soon. In the meantime if you do require any 25,35 or 125ml optics or thimble measures pay a visit to our online shop.
